DISABLED PARKING VIOLATOR OF THE CENTURY 

This parking violator lives in the Village of the Falls, 13100 SW 92 Avenue. The owner/driver of this vehicle, always has his father's blue parkiing permit hanging from the rear window mirror. For at least six months he has routinely used his father's parking permit to park in the designated guest disabled parking space at this location.

The police have been called several times. No ticket. No action. The Kendall Station Miami-Dade Police take the side of the abuser of the law.

In an E-mail, this year the current Miami-Dade Police Director Loftus, backed Kendall police officers for not ticketing this illegally parked vehicle. Most, not all, Miami Dade Police do not write tickets or enforce the State of Florida parking laws.  This parking abuse will continue until Director Loftus is removed. Which may be soon as the citizens of Miami-Dade are about to recall the mayor who hired his buddy Director Loftus.

His father, who is the holder of the disabled parking permit does not drive. He lives in Briarwinds Condominium, at 13000 SW 92 Ave.

Often, the son, with the father's parking permit has been observed parking a block away in the disabled parking spaces at Publix. These are times when his father is at home.
